The basis of Paloniemi´s choreography is a short story collection Perhe of Rosa Liksom. Performance is not a description of the short story collection, but it has been an inspiration for the choreographer. Mie oon kuitenki onnellinen is for adults. The work handles serious themes in a tragicomic way.

Yksin Sateessa? Solo/duo dance festival November 2006
Yksin Sateessa? Alone in the Rain? – festival is situated in Northern Carelia. It presents new dance, improvisation and physical art. The main focus is on solo works or solo projects. Regional dance center Kuopio co-produces one performance at the festival.

ANTI – Contemporary Art Festival 28.9. - 1.10.2006
ANTI –festival is an annual contemporary art festival situated in Kuopio. It acts as a forum for radical arts, offering an alternative route for presenting non-commercial art outside the conventional mainstream channels. ANTI gives priority to fresh forms of artistic expression like site-specific live art and environmental art.

International Dance Day gala 29.4.2005
International Dance Day is celebrated every year with many festivities. In spring 2005, Regional dance center Kuopio organized a Gala evening at Kuopio City Theatre. The programme ranged from urban dance to contemporary dance, from dance theatre to new folk dance. Among the artists were Dance theatre Minimi, Antopio DiMaestre from Helsinki, students of the Dance Academy in Kuopio and group by Jouni Prittinen, a choreographer from Tampere.
